Frequently Asked Questions

How is the shipping and installation going?

Saunas are shipped in a fully assembled state. We settle them on the plot using a car with a hydraulic hand or a crane. In this case, the installation takes about 1-2 hours. Then the electric stove will be connected by your electrician, in the case of a wood-burning stove, you can go to the sauna immediately.

If the conditions of your property do not allow it, we will bring the sauna unfolded and assemble it on site. Based on photos of the plot, we will evaluate the approach, and if necessary, we will personally visit you in advance.

Does the price also include shipping and assembly?

The price includes the complete assembly of the sauna in our workshop, the installation of the finished object on your plot and the connection of a wood-burning stove. The wiring is prepared so that your electrician can easily connect it.

The total price does not include transport — it is calculated individually according to the installation location. In the case of difficult access, when it is necessary to assemble the sauna on site, the installation is charged and priced separately.

What access to the plot is needed?

It is ideal if we get to the plot by car with a hydraulic hand. But we have already transported saunas by excavator, tractor, forklift or crane — we always find a suitable solution.

Who provides earthworks and preparation of the site for the sauna?

The preparation of the land is usually carried out by the client. After signing the contract, we will provide you with a plan for the placement of ground screws, which we can also arrange for you through Smart Foundations.

The sauna can be placed even on concrete tiles, if the surface is flat. If it is necessary to install concrete footings due to the bedrock, we will be happy to provide you with a foundation project for an additional fee.

What is the consumption of electric stoves and what do they require preparation on the plot?

The consumption of electric stoves varies according to their power. We use a 9 kW stove for the Mini sauna, which consumes 9 kWh per hour. We install 12 kW stoves in larger saunas, which consume 12 kWh of electricity per hour. With an average electricity price of 2.5 CZK/kWh, the consumption during melting (about 1 hour) is approximately 22.5 CZK for the Mini sauna and 30 CZK for the 2×2 and 4×2 models. After that, the stove keeps the temperature, turning it on and off as needed, so the actual cost of an entire sauna session may vary slightly.

Preparation of electrical connection: three-phase 400 V power supply (3/N~400 V)

How often do you need to take care of the sauna?

It is recommended to treat the interior of the sauna once a year with a suitable paint for walls and benches.
The exterior of the sauna is ideal to be treated every two years with a new coat of oil glaze.
We regularly remind our clients about maintenance.

What tailor-made adjustments can be made to the sauna?

Depending on the layout of the plot, we place the sauna door on the right or left side of the building — this modification is already included in the price. Within the scope of customization, we can also respond to individual wishes of clients, it can be additional glazing, adjusting the dimensions of the sauna due to a specific location, or designing an object completely tailored to your property.

What kind of guarantee do you provide?

The warranty on the stove varies depending on the manufacturer. Narvi stoves have a standard warranty period of 24 months, HUUM stoves have an extended warranty of 36 months for private use. We provide a standard warranty period of 2 years for our saunas.
